Kannabis Kulture provides up to $100 insurance coverage on all orders without charge. If you would like to purchase coverage for the full amount of your order, you may select this option upon checkout up to a maximum of $500. Shipping insurance covers items that have been shipped and scanned into the Canada Post system, and fail to be delivered.
We highly recommend you select the signature required option to ensure physical delivery.
Coverage includes:
- Shipment lost in transit by postal carrier, package seized, destroyed or damaged en route and deemed undeliverable.
- Items arrived damaged or DOA. User must submit detailed photos for admin to analyze claim.
Coverage does NOT include:
- Shipment shows delivered, and package not found. We have no way to prove if you received the package or not. Please check with neighbors, or look around the location the postman could have left it.
- Address errors on your part. All shipping labels are printed directly from the information provided to us by yourself. Please ensure your shipping address information is correct before checking out, including any possible suite or apartment number, correct postal code.
By purchasing from our store you agree to take on 100% responsibility for any error on your part or non delivery due to theft at your delivery location.
