Membership has it’s benefits at Kannabis Kulture. Signing up is easy, fill out our registration form on one of the sign up links.  Once logged in, you can proceed to fill out your address details or simply checkout.

Welcome to the club!

After signing up on the site, all new members receive 20% off their first order.   

We currently do not sell memberships. Membership status is assigned after your first order.  Based on your first order $ amount, you will be assigned a membership level. 

Your membership level is activated upon your first purchase and is valid for 30 days.

Membership levels are reset every 30 days, and based on your previous 30 day $ spend total.  The more you spend, the more you save!  Below are some of the perks, we will be evaluating and adjusting as time goes on, always looking to provide more value to loyal customers.

4 levels (based on initial purchase and previous 30 day $ spend total)

Bronze   – $0-499

Silver   – $500-999

Gold     – $1000-1999

Platinum – $2000+


Membership Discount Rates (+2.5% loyalty points cash back awarded to every member)

Platinum – 10% discount at checkout

Gold – 7% discount at checkout

Silver – 3% discount at checkout

Bronze – no discount at checkout 


Membership Shipping Rates

Gold – Free shipping over $99 – $10 flat rate under $100

Silver – Free shipping over $149 – $15 flat rate under $150

We currently only accept Interac e-transfers. To ensure your order gets processed quickly and without any problems, we ask that you carefully follow our payment instructions. Each bank e-transfer process is a little different, if you are not familiar with sending Interac e-transfers, please look for instructions when logged in to your bank.

Enter the following information when sending the Interac e-transfer:


Recipient Email: SEE ORDER RECEIPT

Security Question: Set the security question to: ‘ Your Order Number ’ Eg. 21654

If you are paying on someone’s behalf, also add their name to the security question or to the recipient name field in step 1. Eg. John Smith OR  John Smith 21654 

Security Answer: Set the security answer to (not case sensitive): SEE ORDER RECEIPT

If you’ve made a mistake with the address on your order, please just place a new order ensuring the correct details, and then send payment to match that new order.

Orders are processed according to payments received matching that specific order#.

If you have already submitted payment that HAS been accepted by us for an order with incorrect address information, please let us know asap, we’ll do our best to change the address info before the shipment goes out.

If we have NOT accepted your payment yet (you would have received an email from your bank if we did), simply cancel your e-transfer, place a new order, and then submit payment again to match the new order.


Problem: Made a mistake with the address?  

Solution: Do not make payment yet.  Place a new order, submit payment with new order#; this is the one that will get processed. 

You can see your orders in your account area at any time. Clicking on the order will bring up the current status and any tracking information if it has been shipped.  Please see our processing times and schedules for details on status changes.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost and generally arrive within 1-3 business days.  Please expect possible delays during the pandemic.
